
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of spaghetti pasta
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- about a kilo of minced meat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs flooded 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Direction:
- Set the oven to 180 degrees. In a large pot, cook the pasta. In a saucepan heat the tomato sauce.
- When the pasta is cooking combine the meat with breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Improved balls slightly larger than golf (decrease during baking). Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Put the meatballs to the sauce tongs and cook briefly over low heat. Serve with pasta with meatballs on top
- soooo if you want you can add maple syrup
