Spaghetti with meatballs



  • 1 pack of spaghetti pasta
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • about a kilo of minced meat
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs flooded 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees. In a large pot, cook the pasta. In a saucepan heat the tomato sauce.
  2. When the pasta is cooking combine the meat with breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Improved balls slightly larger than golf (decrease during baking). Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
  3. Put the meatballs to the sauce tongs and cook briefly over low heat. Serve with pasta with meatballs on top
  4. soooo if you want you can add maple syrup
