Soba Noodle Soup

15 Minute Soba Noodle Soup

  • 1 bundle soba noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Mizkan (Bonito Flavored) Soup Base
  • 3 shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 3 carrot slices
  • 3 peas
  • 3 fresh mushrooms


  • Seaweed strips
  • Togarashi


  1. Heat up a pot of water and bring it to boil. Cook the soba noodles until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In the mean time, heat up 1 1/2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Add the Mizkan (Bonito Flavored) Soup Base and the rest of the ingredients. Boil for about 1 minute or until the shrimp are cooked.
  3. Ladle the soup onto the noodle, and top with the seaweed and togarashi.
