
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pieces Flatout Bread's new Thin Crust Flatbreads Artisan Pizza
- 8 tablespoons sweet Thai chili dipping sauce
- 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 450°. Place flatbread on a large cookie sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons of sweet Thai chili sauce on each piece of flatbread. Divide chicken and shredded cheese over pizzas. Bake for 5 - 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven when done and top with sprouts, carrots, cilantro and green onions.
