Bagels Beef and ham

A bagel Bagel2 to change burgers: beef and ham!

Ingredients:


  • 2 bagels (home if possible, I promise I'll put the recipe) 
  • 1 small pad of beef (100g approx) 
  • 2 slices of ham 
  • 2 handfuls of arugula 
  • 2 tablespoons cheese 0% 
  • 5 cherry tomatoes

Method:

  1. Cook the beef pad high heat on all sides for 5 minutes: the heart must remain pink. 
  2. Allow to cool. 
  3. Meanwhile, remove fat from ham if any, wash and dry salad cherry tomatoes and cut into small slices. 
  4. keypad Once beef cold, cut into thin slices. 
  5. Slice the bagels in half and spread the bottom quark. Add lettuce, chunks of beef and ham and then add the cherry tomatoes. Take a tour of pepper. 
  6. Replace the bagel, and it's ready!
