Dessert Recipes

  • 2 bananas (sliced into 6 equal parts)
  • 1/2 bag (6 oz) chocolate chips
  • 1/4 to 1/2 can whipped cream or 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream + 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 bing cherries
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles of your choice
  1. Melt chocolate chips according to instructions (ususally best to melt on low heat so that it doesn’t burn). Dip bananas into melted chocolate halfway up and then dip in sprinkles.
  2. Let dry on parchment or wax paper. 
  3. Before serving top with whipped cream and a cherry. To make the homemade whipped cream beat heavy cream and sugar into stiff peaks!
