• 1 (18 ounce) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate toffee bits
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
• 30 Rolos


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Break up cookie dough and place in a large resealable plastic bag along with the toffee pieces and the pecans. Knead to combine. Measure scant tablespoons of the dough and roll into balls.
  3. Drop balls into a mini-muffin tin (no need to flatten.) Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. (They’ll puff up and look like they’re going to overflow, but they’ll sink in after removing from the heat.)
  4. Remove from oven and immediately press a Rolo into each center. Cool for 30-60 seconds and push in edges of the cookie slightly if desired, but not necessary. Carefully remove from pan and enjoy!
