Paris is Cold

Preparation : 10 min cooking time : 5 min

Ingredients (for 4 people) :
- 200 g Dessert chocolate (chocolat patissier)
- 1 liter of milk
- 10 cl from cream (crème liquide)
- 1 Tablespoon of powdered sugar

Preparation :
Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of milk in a pot over low heat.
Continuously stir while incorporating the rest of the milk, then let is heat up stirring from time to time.
In the meantime you can prepare your whipped cream (that's right home-made but sure you can buy the canned stuff), in a cold bowl (put it in the freezer for a few minutes), whip your cream, then incorporate the powdered sugar.
Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with the whipped cream.
Little tip: Top the hot chocolate with the whipped cream only when you are ready to serve it otherwise it will melt away.
