Palta Aji Sauce (Avocado Chili Sauce)


  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pit removed, and mashed
  • ⅓ cup cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or to taste
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine ingredients in a medium-size bowl; mix well.
  2. Serve with fresh vegetables.
