Grilled Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos Recipe

1 lb tilapia filets, grilled
9 corn tortillas
1 small white onion, diced
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
1 Serrano pepper, diced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lime wedges and salsa, for serving
Warm the tortillas over a gas flame (or even over the grill if you like, using tongs to turn the tortillas and taking care not to burn them) and chop the onion, cilantro and Serrano pepper.
Season the fish with salt and black pepper.
Top the tortillas with grilled tilapia, onion, cilantro, and pepper.
Serve with salsa (green salsa is best for this recipe, but any type of salsa you prefer is fine) and lime wedges.
