Slovenian plate - slovenski krožnik


1 carniolan sausage, cooked
1 Slovenian sausage (pečenica), fried
1 blood sausage, fried (optional)
1 cup grated horseradish or horseradish sauce
30 dag home made salami (or Hungarian salami)
20 dag zaseka (ground smoked bacon)
15 dag prosciutto or smoked ham
some pickled mushrooms (Boletus)
small heap salt


Slice sausages, salami and ham into thin rashers. Arrange them and other ingredients on wooden platter. Make a heap of salt in the middle.Serve with rye, corn or buckwheat bread.
