Pan-fried Pork Chop

4 pork chops
1 clove of crushed garlic
finely chopped parley
some drops of lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
oil for pan-frying
1. Put the pork chops in a bowl.
2. Season the pork chops with garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3. Cover the bowl with a plastic film.
4. Put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.
5. Pan-fry the pork chops in hot oil until golden brown/done.
6. Put the pork chops on a plate and serve.
