Slovenian dried pancakes – Mlinci


1 cup flour
2 eggs
Salt to taste
some milk


Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole and pour in milk, eggs and salt. Make the dough for nuddles and let it stand in a plastic bag for one hour. Mix well and make buns. Roll out on floured board and make circles. Bake them in oven in low heat. Dried pancakes may stand for several days. Before using them, pour them with soup or some sauce.You can eate them together with meat and poultry, sauces or crashed in soups.
