Coconut Custard


Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Procedure

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla until frothy.
  2. Pour into ramekins (small baking cups).
  3. Place in a steamer over boiling water.
  4. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until set. Chill.
