Beef soup - Goveja juha


1 kg lean beef with bone
1 soup bone
3 liters water
8 graines black pepper
1 onion
some cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
2 carrots
2 ribs celery and leaves
1 sprig parsley
salt to taste


Combine all ingredients, add cold water and bring to a boil. Lower heat, add more cold water and simmer in low temperature for 2 or 3 houres
